CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- The candidate should posess BS EE/CS combined with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Should have effective communication Programming skills in Core Java/J2EE, Spring, Web Services ,Perl/Python scripting,Pl/SQL.
- Good knowledge in operating Systems: Linux, Solaris
- Applications/Tools: Oracle, Tomcat, Eclipse, Struts, Hibernate and any other data analysis/mining tools.
- Networking: Basic networking knowledge – CCNx certifications is a plus.
- Domain: Network Management (FCAPS), TM Forum eTOM/ITIL, OSS/BSS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cisco Advanced Services Organization is seeking an escalations engineer with strong technical/hands-on skills to troubleshoot /reproduce and fix the defects.
- Fix customer found defects as per the agreed timelines and directed by team escalations lead.
- Deliver fixes on time with quality guidelines.
- Troubleshooting/Reproduction/structured analysis of known customer found defects.
