CANDIDATE PROFILE: 
  • The candidate should possess Graduate degree / Diploma in Electronics and Telecom and 1-3 yrs experience in above area
  • Should have the ability to use e-mail, internet, Word and other software.
  • Must have excellent listening skills and very good communication skills.           
  • Good customer handling capabilities and good interpersonal skillls.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and shifts                        
  • Must have good Analytical Skills and very good aptitude for problem solving
  • Should have the willingness to work in shifts.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • As a Service Desk Executive, the candidate will perform customer Front Line for Trouble Reporting. 
  • Trouble Ticket Assignment to different technical teams.
  • Escalation Management, Coordinating with resolver groups for updates.
  • Sharing timely updates customer during TT Life cycle.
  • Confirming closure and sharing RFO with customer post resolution.
