  • Strong knowledge of Operating systems & Networking is must.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As a Tech Support Engineer, the candidate will be handling local support calls.
  • Conduct dealer engineers training of respective areas.
  • Coordinating with core support team for faster solution.
  • He will be also responsible for giving pre sales demo of UTM product and corporate products in coordination with sales team.
  • May require to give technical presentations on pubic platforms as and when required.
