HLL was set up in the natural rubber rich state of Kerala, for the production of male contraceptive sheaths for the National Family Welfare Programme. HLL commenced commercial operations on 5th April 1969 at Peroorkada in Thiruvananthapuram (formerly Trivandrum). The Plant was established in technical collaboration with M/s Okamoto Industries Inc. Japan. HLL has grown today into a multi-product, multi-unit organization addressing various public health challenges facing humanity.

- The candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech(Civil) Diploma (Civil) degree from any recognized university.
- Experience:Minimum 0-2 Years for Degree holders and 3 years for Diploma holders with relevant experience.
Site Engineer(Electrical):
- The candidate should possess B.E/B.TECH (Electrical)DIPLOMA (Electrical) degree from any recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 0-2 Years for Degree holders and 3 years for Diploma holders with relevant experience.
- Knowledge in HVAC, Firefighting system and low current systems is desirable.
